Attached are the final entries for our swim meet tomorrow, Tuesday, July 14th. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns!

Please declare your swimmer(s) for our swim meet on Thursday, July 16th, by 8pm tonight, Monday, July 13th. 

The volunteer lineup for July 14th:

Head Timer: Sharon South

Timers for 11 and older: Amy Buskard and Jen Volmer

Timers for 10 and under: Christie Ruschau and Jen Volmer

Bullpen for 10 and under: Anna Konkel and Jan Sandro

Bullpen Relay Coordinator: Susie Litke

Also, listed below are general meet reminders and times for both meets this week:

• Swimmers may not wear a swim cap with a club or high school team logo on it
• Bring your cap, goggles, suits, masks, towels, snacks, and drinks
• We will only be allowing one spectator per family (Spectators are encouraged to wear a mask, but volunteers must wear a mask)
• Meet one warmups (11 and older) will start at 8:00am
• Meet two warmups (10 and under) will start at 10:00am and 10:10am
• In the event that the first meet is still taking place when you arrive for the second meet, please wait outside the gate, as we do have to take attendance
• In the event that the first half of the meet takes longer than we anticipated, we will send out a message via Remind (text “@cwswim2020” to 81010 to join!) with a more appropriate arrival time for our 10 and under swimmers.
