Hello Crestwood Swim Team Families!

With our first home meet quickly approaching, we have a few important things that all families need to know! Please read carefully all the way through this information.

First, two critical pieces of info we need you to take a moment and complete!

We still have 51 swimmers undeclared for Tuesday’s meet and 27 families not yet signed up for their café donation items. Please log in to your account and verify both pieces are complete. The meet declaration must be completed no later than 48 hours before each meet, in order for the coaches to have time to enter events for each swimmer. Our first home meet declaration must be completed by Sunday, June 2^nd, at 6:00 pm.

HOW TO DO THIS: Log into our team website crestwoodswimteam.swimtopia.com

1.Meet Declaration

a.To the right of the pool picture- Upcoming Events- Click on VIEW ALL.

b.-Next to each meet- Click on MEET ENTRY- declare if your swimmer(s) are swimming or not. You have to do this for each meet and are able to make changes as the season moves along. There is an option to add a message for the coaches if you need.

c.Click SAVE.

2.Café Donations

a.Follow the above directions to log in and VIEW ALL Upcoming Events, but this time click on CRESTWOOD CAFÉ DONATIONS.

b.Click on JOB SIGNUP – this will produce a list of café item. Open items will have a box to the left.

c.Once you’ve made your selection, click SAVE ASSIGNMENT.

Every donated item plays an important part in our café. If you decide you would rather pay the $30 café buy-out, please contact Kelly Caldwell (937-607-7534 or [email protected]) and we will update your account to collect the fees. Thank you for supporting the Crestwood Café. Note: Café donations should be delivered when you arrive for warmups on the day of a home meet. Please do not bring items to practice, as we do not have space to store them, and we are still open for regular business during the day.

Second, here is an important reminder for all families regarding the sub sale fundraiser:

The Ron's Pizza Sub Orders are due by June 13th at morning practice. Printable order forms are located on our team website crestwoodswimteam.swimtopia.com under RESOURCES and SUB ORDER FORM. Copies are also located in the front of the swim team bin at practice. When submitting an order and payment of cash/check (payable to Crestwood Swim Team), please put them in an envelope, marked Ron's Subs.
